This gym is a life saver!! At 50 years old I had a stroke and had to make some changes, I had to get healthy!! I had never been a "gym person" before (too embarrassed) but decided to give Top Notch a try. I have now been going there for 8 months. Their trainer has gotten me in better shape than I have ever been in, by being motivating and compassionate with a little humor thrown in (which I love). He is amazing!! The owners are wonderful people who truly take an interest in all of their patrons and are constantly striving to give the best gym experience possible without draining your wallet. This is a place where I feel comfortable and constantly encouraged by staff as well as other gym goers. I am grateful for Top Notch Physiques.

Great gym! I have been going here for about a year now. The owners are great people. Mike, the personal trainer, is awesome as well. Everyone is very professional yet down to earth. I would highly recommend if you live in the Coloma area.
